United Taiwanese Association is one of the largest student organizations at UCSD.

As a predominantly social-oriented club, we are also a culturally and academically based origanization. We provide many social events for people to meet others and establish friendships. We also offer you the chance to learn about Taiwanese culture, to participate in community service,and get scholarships! In UTA is where you'll be able to develop diversely in character and experience through a variety of events such IMs, hosting talent competitions, and the ability to become a leader.

Membership is not required to participate in our events, but joining UTA as an official member will save you lots of money at our events as well as earn discounts at 20+ stores and restuarants such as tea houses around San Diego, Curry House, Dede's, Nozomi, Shanghai City, Golden city, and China Max, just to name a few!
